  I have since watched the course ‘Primer on Grounds’ and it answered my question about the process and whether I needed a primer in-between the ACM panel and the Lead Oil Ground to be to no extra primer needed.

Thanks, George! Can you paint straight on to this baked enamel surface if you like it that smooth? …maybe lightly sanded to give tooth?? I would assume that the adhesion would be similar to painting on glass.
