Hello… I found some panels that I covered in Rublev Lead Oil Ground in a box from our move that have yellowed due to no light. I know that it will return to its normal color once back out in the light. My question is: Do I need to wait until it returns to its whiter color before I use them to start my new painting?

This is common due to darkness yellowing. You do not need to wait until it bleaches back to its original color, but it will return to its former white in one or two days of exposure to artificial light.
