I have a passion to create things. I am a married father of 4. I have had no formal art education beyond limited exposure as part of my high school curriculum, 30 years ago.

I have spent what little free time Ive had over the past 15 years tinkering with learning to build furniture with old hand tools.

In late 2022, I learned to do basic metalworking and did some successful sculptures. This is an ongoing creative pursuit.

In 2023 I started trying woodcarving and did some successful carvings. This is also an ongoing creative pursuit.

In July 2025 I decided to try painting. I am going through this journey learning as I go. I have completed 55 paintings so far, most of which have received warm and welcome reception.

I am experiencing a creative burst that I want to lean into.
